Twitter appears to be up and running again after an outage that affected thousands of users for several hours on Wednesday.
This is the first flaw of its kind reported since Elon Musk’s takeover of the social network last October.
Web version particularly affected
According to the Downdetector website, more than 10,000 Twitter users have been affected in the United States, around another 2,500 in Japan, and 2,500 people have been affected in the United Kingdom.
Most of the affected users said they had technical problems accessing the platform through web browsers.
Twitter did not immediately respond to a request for comment. All social media systems were up to date, according to the page dedicated to his status.
