Disney+ will attack 2023 with a fairly light schedule. Some news will appear on the platform, in addition to new seasons of highly anticipated series.
Several documentaries are also expected during the month. Viruses, planets Mars and Pluto or the snow leopard: lovers of nature and astronomy will have a lot to do.
New series in January 2023
Star Wars: The Bad Batch
After the fall of the Republic, the members of the Bad Batch continue their journey through the Empire. Season 2 of the spin-off series Star Wars it takes place several months after season 1. The first two episodes of this series will be available starting on January 4th. To watch the other 14 episodes of the series, you will have to wait a week as usual. Please note that episodes 7 and 8 as well as episodes 15 and 16 will be available at the same time.
koala man
Kevin is a family man, aspiring vigilante, and has only one goal in life: to enforce the law in his small town of Dapto, Australia. A city plagued by evil forces, human or supernatural. A completely crazy series, born from brains used to animation: Koala Man was written by Dan Hernandez and Benji Samit, screenwriters of Pokémon: Detective Pikachu but it is mostly produced by Justin Roiland, one of the creators of solar opposites Y rick and morty. Eight episodes to discover in full from January 9.

New movies and documentaries in January 2023
Behind the walls of Abbey Road Studios
This is Disney’s first original documentary feature film. Halfway between film and documentary, Behind the Walls of Abbey Road Studios focuses on the legendary studios that obviously housed the Beatles, but also the Gallagher brothers, Elton John and George Lucas. The tour of the owner is carried out by Mary McCartney, Paul’s daughter, who reveals what she considers a second home, among archival images and anecdotes. To discover from January 6.
Flagmakers: the makers of the nation
Go behind the scenes of a pretty amazing company: Eder Flag, the official producer of American flags. Five million flags come out of this Wisconsin company every year. The documentary explores the day to day of its employees, locals, immigrants and refugees, and their relationship with this special flag. This immersion in the heart of America can be seen from January 13.
