An American mother, an avid Candy Crush player for years, accidentally qualified for an official tournament with a $250,000 jackpot. The specialized medium Kotaku spoke with her, after her son revealed her information on her Twitter account:
“So my mom has been playing Candy Crush every day for years. Apparently, she accidentally qualified into an official tournament with no idea. Now she’s in the semifinals and ranked first in her region, which I think means she’s first in the UU. Tournament jackpot is $250,000,” his son Xane tweeted on April 12.
