At least 16 people, including two children, were killed when a helicopter crashed near a kindergarten and a residential building in kyiv, Ukraine.
“At the time of the tragedy, there were children and kindergarten workers. Everyone has been evacuated by this time. There are injured people,” kyiv region governor Oleksii Kuleba initially said.
“Ambulances, police and firefighters are on the scene,” he added.
No details are yet known about the helicopter, nor the circumstances that caused the accident of the device.
