In Florida, a woman who illegally exercised the nursing profession was arrested, said the Sheriff’s Office of Flager County on Tuesday, August 5. The interrogation had treated with more than 4,000 patients without having the required diploma.
The 29 -year -old girl worked at a local hospital between July 2023 and January 22, 2025, the date corresponding to her dismissal, reports ABC News, citing the Sheriff’s press release.
Sheriff Rick Staly deplored “one of the cases of more disturbing medical fraud” in which he investigated. During her hiring, the young woman said she was “in training”, which indicates that “she had followed the training required to become a graduated nurse, but that she had not succeeded in the national exam to obtain her license.”

Subsequently, he indicated that he had successfully completed his exams, providing a license number. The latter referred to a person who has the same name as her, autumn, but not the same surname. A difference that she explained by a change of name due to their marriage. According to local authorities, the young woman had never transmitted her marriage certificate.
The suspicions intensified when he received a promotion. When reviewing his license, one of his colleagues discovered that he had a “exhaled caregiver.”
After the survey of the County Sheriff’s office, the interrogation was arrested for several different positions, including the exercise of a medical profession without a license and the fraudulent use of an identity document.
